GTA Cash For Cars (“we”, “us”, or “our”) buys scrap, junk, damaged, and used vehicles and provides towing across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit gtacash4cars.com (the “Site”), request an offer, or call or text us. - Vehicle details such as year, make, model, VIN, mileage, condition, and photos you choose to send.
- Pickup details such as the address or location of the vehicle and your preferred pickup time.
- Ownership and identity information at the time of pickup, such as the vehicle ownership (registration) and government-issued photo ID, which we need to confirm you are entitled to sell the vehicle and to complete the transfer.

Information collected automatically
When you use the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, including your IP address, browser and device type, approximate location, pages viewed, the page that referred you, the date and time of your visit, and interactions such as clicks on our call, text, and offer buttons. If you arrive from an online ad, we may receive an ad click identifier that helps us measure which ads lead to enquiries.

6. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers that help us operate our business, such as website hosting, form, analytics, advertising, and phone/text messaging providers.
- With our tow truck drivers and partners, to complete your pickup.
- With government authorities, law enforcement, or others where required or permitted by law, including for vehicle transfer and scrap-vehicle record keeping.
- With a buyer or successor in connection with a sale or reorganization of our business.
7. Storage Outside Canada
Some of our service providers, including Google, may store or process personal information outside Canada, including in the United States. While there, the information is subject to the laws of that country and may be accessible to its courts, law enforcement, and national security authorities.
8. Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, including to meet legal, tax, and record-keeping requirements, and then securely delete or anonymize it.

We use reasonable physical, administrative, and technical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
